The invention discloses a traffic interruption rate calculation method and system, and relates to the technical field of intelligent high-speed traffic situation analysis, study and judgment, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the traffic event information of a current road segment through real-time video query; the average speed and the average time occupancy of the current road section are obtained through real-time data acquisition of a plurality of vehicle detectors and real-time data statistics of an intermodulation station; comprehensively judging the interruption state of the current road section according to the obtained traffic event information, the average speed and the average time occupancy; the method comprises the following steps: acquiring interruption states of upstream and downstream road sections of a to-be-detected road section, judging whether the to-be-detected road section is a road section influenced by interruption based on the interruption states of the upstream and downstream road sections, calculating a channel interruption rate according to acquired information, describing the interruption degree on an important channel structure, and reflecting the connectivity of a channel topological structure; and data support is provided for traffic situation analysis.

    本发明公开了一种交通中断率的计算方法及系统,涉及智慧高速交通态势分析和研判技术领域,通过实时查询视频,获取当前路段的交通事件信息;通过多个车检器实时采集数据和交调站实时统计数据,得到当前路段的平均速度和平均时间占有率;根据获得的交通事件信息、平均速度和平均时间占有率综合判断当前路段中断状态;获取待测路段上下游路段的中断状态,并基于上下游路段中断状态判断待测路段是否为受中断影响的路段,并根据采集的信息计算通道中断率,描述重要通道结构上中断的程度,反映通道拓扑结构的连通性,为交通态势分析了提供数据支撑。
