To provide an interruption warning system and an interruption warning method.SOLUTION: An interruption warning system 1 includes DETs 1 to 3 as detectors and CONT as a controller. The detectors are provided in a subject vehicle, and measure a relative distance between another vehicle around the subject vehicle and the subject vehicle. The controller performs processing of determining interruption of a vehicle coming from behind on the basis of detected data of the detectors. The determination of interruption is executed on the basis of real-time detection of the detectors and data analysis of vehicle of another vehicle and changes in road environment. HMI as a notification unit warns a driver of the subject vehicle about the presence of an interruption vehicle which is likely to intentionally change the lane from behind to enter a subject lane, with appropriate means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】割込警告システム及び割込警告方法を提供する。【解決手段】割込警告システム1は、検出部としてのDET1〜3と、制御部としてのCONTとを備える。検出部は、自車両に設けられ、自車両周辺の他車両と自車両との間の相対距離を測定する。制御部は、検出部の検出データに基づいて、後方から来る車両の割込を判断する処理を行う。割込の判定は、検出部のリアルタイム検出と、他車両の挙動及び道路環境の変化のデータ分析に基づいて実行される。報知部としてのHMIは、適切な手段で、自車両のドライバーに、後方から意図的に車線を変更して自車線に進入しそうな割込車両の存在を警告する。【選択図】図1
