The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of aerodynamic optimization design of aircrafts, in particular to a data-driven supercritical airfoil profile and a mapping method and system of a flow field of the data-driven supercritical airfoil profile. According to the data-driven supercritical airfoil profile and the mapping method of the flow field of the data-driven supercritical airfoil profile, firstly, the supercritical airfoil profile is selected, the supercritical airfoil profile is fitted into the control point coordinates, the quality of input data is improved, and then the generalization ability and accuracy of a mapper are improved; and then bidirectional generation mapping of the supercritical airfoil profile and the flow field is realized by combining control point coordinates, flow field data and an auto-encoder, flow field-airfoil profile mapping can be carried out when the encoder is independently used, and airfoil profile-flow field mapping can be carried out when the decoder is independently used. According to the method, the cost can be effectively reduced, the CFD effect is replaced, the calculation time in the supercritical airfoil design process is saved, and the mapping precision is improved.

    本申请实施例涉及飞行器的气动优化设计技术领域,特别涉及一种数据驱动的超临界翼型及其流场的映射方法和系统。本申请提供的数据驱动的超临界翼型及其流场的映射方法首先选用超临界翼型,并将超临界翼型拟合成为控制点坐标,提高输入数据的质量,进而提高映射器的泛化能力和准确度;然后结合控制点坐标、流场数据与自编码器实现了超临界翼型及流场的双向生成映射,单独使用编码器时可以进行流场‑翼型映射,单独使用解码器时可以进行翼型‑流场映射。本申请不仅可有效降低成本,取代CFD效果,节约超临界翼型设计过程中的计算时间,而且还提高了映射精度。
