The invention discloses a data-driven supercritical airfoil profile evolution generation type design method and system, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a plurality of airfoils, and obtaining an airfoil profile coordinate point of each airfoil profile; fitting the airfoil profile coordinate points of each airfoil profile to obtain control point coordinates of each airfoil profile; training control point coordinates of all airfoils to obtain a group of generators with the same architecture and different parameters; according to the control point coordinates of all the airfoils and the airfoil performance indexes corresponding to the control point coordinates, constructing a performance predictor; and calculating the to-be-optimized airfoil profile, the generator and the performance predictor through an evolutionary algorithm to obtain the supercritical airfoil profile. According to the method, on the premise of not depending on expert experience, automatic optimization design of the supercritical airfoil profile can be carried out through a neural network model and an evolutionary calculation model architecture, the design period is effectively shortened, the research and development cost is reduced, the efficiency and quality of supercritical airfoil profile design are remarkably improved, and geometric constraints such as fairness of the airfoil profile are guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种数据驱动的超临界翼型演化生成式设计方法及系统,其方法包括:获取多个翼型,并得到每个翼型的翼型坐标点;将每个翼型的翼型坐标点拟合得到每个翼型的控制点坐标;通过所有翼型的控制点坐标训练得到一组架构相同但参数不同的生成器;根据所有翼型的控制点坐标以及控制点坐标对应的翼型性能指标,构建得到性能预测器;将待优化翼型、生成器和性能预测器通过演化算法计算得到超临界翼型。本发明能够在不依赖专家经验的前提下,通过神经网络模型与演化计算的模型架构来进行超临界翼型的自动化优化设计,有效缩短设计周期,降低研发成本,显著提升超临界翼型设计的效率和质量,保证了翼型的光顺性等几何约束。
