The invention provides a gear shifting control method and system of a fuel cell electric vehicle, belongs to the technical field of fuel cell electric vehicle control, and solves the problem that in the prior art, an AMT control strategy cannot effectively save energy and reduce emission. The method comprises the steps that in the vehicle running process, the throttle opening degree, the upshift speed and the downshift speed of an AMT gear shifting strategy in a whole vehicle power system are obtained; on the basis that the minimum fuel consumption per hundred kilometers of the vehicle serves as the target, the throttle opening degree, the upshift speed and the downshift speed are optimized in real time; the AMT is controlled to execute the optimized upshift speed and downshift speed so as to shift gears, and the fuel cell is controlled to execute the optimized throttle opening during gear shifting; and according to the optimized throttle opening, the upshift speed and the downshift speed, calculating a power system of the whole vehicle, and outputting and displaying the optimized fuel consumption per hundred kilometers of the vehicle.

    本发明提供了一种燃料电池电动汽车的换挡控制方法及其控制系统,属于燃料电池电动汽车控制技术领域,解决了现有技术中AMT控制策略未能有效节能减排的问题。该方法包括:在车辆行驶过程中,获取整车动力系统中AMT换挡策略的节气门开度、升档车速、降档车速;基于车辆的百公里燃料消耗量最低为目标,对所述节气门开度、升档车速、降档车速进行实时优化;控制AMT执行优化后的升档车速、降档车速以换挡,并在换挡时控制燃料电池执行优化后的节气门开度;根据优化后的节气门开度、升档车速、降档车速进行整车动力系统的运算,输出优化后的车辆的百公里燃料消耗量并显示。
