The invention discloses a high-rise building tower crane safety intelligent anti-collision early warning system which comprises a monitoring early warning system and a control adjusting system, the monitoring early warning system is connected with a plurality of infrared distance measuring sensors on a tower crane, the monitoring early warning system is connected with the control adjusting system, and the control adjusting system is connected with the monitoring early warning system. The control adjusting system is connected with a plurality of tower crane driving motors, the monitoring and early warning system is further connected with a tower crane control room and an early warning platform, the infrared distance measuring sensors are installed on a transverse frame and a lifting hook, the transverse frame is installed on a tower crane supporting frame, and the infrared distance measuring sensors are installed on the tower crane and the lifting hook correspondingly. The distance between the tower crane arms is detected through the sensors, the distance between lifted objects can also be detected, collision between the objects and collision between the tower crane arms can be avoided, collision can be effectively avoided and prevented, the safety performance is improved, braking of the driving motor can be achieved through the regulation and control system, and the tower crane can operate safely and orderly conveniently.

    本发明公开了一种高层建筑塔式起重机安全智能防碰撞预警系统,包括监测预警系统和控制调节系统,所述监测预警系统与塔吊上的若干个红外测距传感器相连,所述监测预警系统与控制调节系统相连,所述控制调节系统与若干个塔吊驱动电机相连,所述监测预警系统还与塔吊操控室和预警平台相连,所述红外测距传感器安装在横架和吊钩上,所述横架安装在塔吊支撑架上,该系统将塔吊和挂钩上均安装有红外测距传感器,利用传感器检测每个塔吊臂之间的距离,也能检测起吊物品之间的距离,避免物品之间的碰撞,也避免塔吊臂之间的碰撞,能有效避免防止碰撞,提高安全性能,能通过调控系统实现驱动电机制动,方便塔吊能安全有序的进行。
