The invention relates to the technical field of reinforcing steel bar hoisting, in particular to a reinforcing steel bar hoisting and lifting device and a using method thereof.The using method comprises the steps that 1, the two ends of a reinforcing steel bar are bundled and then placed in a hoisting bin through a crane; 2, steel bars in the hoisting bin are bound; 3, after whether fixing is firm or not is checked, the hoisting bin is hoisted through a crane; 4, after the hoisting cabin is hoisted to a designated position, the hoisting cabin is horizontally placed; and 5, the steel bars bundled at the two ends are moved out to the designated position through a crane. Steel bars are stacked in the hoisting bin piece through a crane, the binding piece is pulled to enable one end of the binding piece to be clamped into the limiting piece, the driving piece is controlled to work to enable the other end of the binding piece to be tightened, and the binding piece is tightened to gather the steel bars; and meanwhile, in the tightening process of the constraint piece, a set of blocking pieces are pressed to the designated height so that the steel bars can be better limited, a crane is used for hoisting the hoisting bin piece after folding is completed, and the hoisting stability of the steel bars is enhanced.
本发明涉及钢筋吊运的技术领域,尤其是一种钢筋吊运提升装置及其使用方法,包括:步骤1:将钢筋的两端捆扎后通过吊机放置于吊运仓内;步骤2:对吊运仓内的钢筋进行束缚;步骤3:检查是否固定牢靠后通过吊机对吊运仓进行吊运;步骤4:吊运到指定位置后将吊运仓平放;步骤5:通过吊机将两端捆扎的钢筋移出到指定位置。本发明通过将钢筋通过吊机码放在吊运仓件内,拉动束缚件使得束缚件的一端卡入限位件内,控制驱动件工作使得束缚件的另一端被收紧,束缚件收紧会对钢筋收拢,同时束缚件收紧过程中一组挡条件被压迫到指定高度从而更好的对钢筋进行限位,收拢完成后再使用吊机对吊运仓件进行吊运,加强了钢筋吊运的稳定性。
