The invention discloses a reinforcing steel bar hoisting device and a hoisting method thereof, and relates to the technical field of hoisting, by arranging a clamping mechanism comprising a reciprocating driving part and a clamping part, when reinforcing steel bars stacked into bundles are hoisted and transferred, the range of a clamping head wrapping a reinforcing steel bar bundle is difficult to reach half of the circumference of the reinforcing steel bar bundle, and the reinforcing steel bar bundle is not prone to being folded. According to the steel bar bundle hoisting device, the hoisting effect on a steel bar bundle cannot be achieved through the traditional clamping effect, the steel bar bundle can be stably clamped through the electric clamping mode, and then the hoisting effect on the steel bar bundle can be achieved; when the lifting driving part drives the bearing part to move downwards till the horizontal plane where the upper end face of the sliding seat is located is lower than the horizontal plane where the lower end of the rebar bundle is located, the sliding seat is used for horizontally moving to the right lower side of the rebar bundle, and therefore even if the rebar bundle is accidentally disengaged from the clamping part in the hoisting and transferring process, the sliding seat can bear the disengaged rebar bundle; and the risk caused by the steel bar bundle falling to the ground is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种钢筋起吊装置及其起吊方法,涉及到起重吊装技术领域,通过设置包括往复驱动部和夹持部的夹持机构,对堆积在一起为成捆的钢筋进行起吊和转移时,夹持头包拢钢筋捆的范围很难达到钢筋捆的半个周长,靠传统的卡接作用无法实现对钢筋捆的起吊作用,而该电动夹持方式可对钢筋捆进行稳定夹持,进而能够实现对钢筋捆的起吊作用,通过设置包括升降驱动部和承托部的承托机构,当升降驱动部驱动承托部下移至滑移座的上端面所在水平面低于钢筋捆的下端所在水平面时,利用滑移座平移至钢筋捆的正下侧,这样即使钢筋捆在起吊转移的过程中意外脱离夹持部,滑移座可对脱离的钢筋捆进行承托,降低钢筋捆掉落至地面带来的风险。
