The invention provides a wing variable sweep angle mechanism of a large variable wing aircraft, which comprises a linear sliding table, planetary reducers, wings and a frame, a base of the linear sliding table is fixed in the frame of the aircraft, and transmission racks, planetary reducers and wings are symmetrically arranged on two sides of a sliding block of the linear sliding table. The planetary reducer is a disc type planetary reducer and is composed of a center shaft, a sun gear, a planet gear, a planet carrier, an inner gear ring, a shell and a transmission gear, the center shaft is fixedly sleeved with the transmission gear, and the transmission gear is meshed with the transmission racks correspondingly located on the same side; and the roots of the wings are fixedly connected with a shell of the planetary reducer. The stability and precision of the mechanism are improved, meanwhile, a lubricating mechanism and a braking mechanism do not need to be additionally arranged, the problems of noise, damage, low precision and the like during high-rotating-speed or large-angle rotation can be solved, and the mechanism has higher transmission efficiency and precision.

    本发明提出一种大幅可变翼飞行器机翼可变掠角度机构,包括直线滑台、行星减速器、机翼和机架,所述的直线滑台其基座固定在飞行器机架内部,直线滑台的滑块两侧对称设有传动齿条、行星减速器和机翼,所述的行星减速器为盘式行星减速器,其由中心轴、太阳轮、行星轮、行星架、内齿圈和外壳和传动齿轮组成,所述传动齿轮固定套设在中心轴上,传动齿轮与对应位于同一侧的传动齿条相啮合;所述的机翼根部固定连接行星减速器的外壳。本发明提高了机构的稳定性和精度,同时无需额外配置润滑机构和制动机构,可避免高转速或大角度旋转时的噪声、损伤和精度低等问题,使机构具有更高的传动效率和精度。
