The invention discloses a wing with a variable sweep angle and shape. The wing comprises at least two wing bodies arranged in sequence, a driving mechanism arranged between every two adjacent wing bodies and used for changing the angle of the wing bodies in the front-back direction, and a flexible skin connected between every two adjacent wing bodies. Every two adjacent wing bodies are connected through a hinge structure. The driving mechanism comprises a steering engine, a rocker arm and a connecting rod; and the steering engine is arranged on one wing body, a main shaft of the steering engine is connected with the rocker arm, one end of the connecting rod is hinged to the rocker arm, and the other end of the connecting rod is hinged to the other wing body. The wing is simple in structureand low in cost, and is a self-adaptive wing which is based on imitation of bird wings, has a capability of changing the shape of a wing surface, is large in deformation amplitude and can meet different flight environments.
