According to the large-diving-depth platform unmanned power cabin pressure regulating and nitrogen supplementing device and the nitrogen inerting method, the underwater platform cabin space is divided into a plurality of closed areas by fully utilizing the rib space, and the space volume expansion and compression change of the different closed areas are achieved by arranging the movable plate to move front and back, so that the air pressure in the areas is changed; and a valve is combined to accurately control the gas flow direction, so that gas balance and exchange in the cabin are realized. According to the invention, the integrated and intensive design of the device is fully considered, the occupation of limited precious space in the cabin is reduced, and the two functions of pressure regulation and supplemental inerting in the cabin can be simultaneously realized by using the same set of device; the problems of equipment failure and fire safety caused by rising of the air pressure of the cabin and rising of the oxygen concentration in the cabin due to the fact that hydrogen-containing and oxygen-containing waste gas is discharged from the unmanned power cabin of the large and medium-sized underwater platform are effectively solved.
本发明涉及大潜深平台无人动力舱室调压补氮装置及氮气惰化方法,充分利用肋骨空间将水下平台舱室空间划分为多个密闭区域,通过设置活动板前后移动实现不同密闭区域空间容积扩张和压缩变化,从而改变区域内部的气压,再结合阀准确控制气体流向,从而实现舱室内部气体均衡和交换。本发明充分考虑了装置一体化、集约化设计,减少对舱内有限宝贵空间的占用,利用同一套装置可同时实现舱内调压和补充惰化两项功能,有效的解决了大中型水下平台无人动力舱室排放含氢、氧废气导致舱室气压升高、舱内氧浓度上升引发的设备故障以及火灾安全性问题。
