The invention provides a ship segmented stem post steel casting positioning method, which comprises the following steps of: matching field actual installation data with theoretical data in a theoretical model, performing data matching on data of two segments of stem post steel castings of two segments, and adjusting a deviation value of data matching, so that the positioning accuracy of the stem post steel castings is improved. Therefore, the alignment precision of the section total assembly stage and the alignment precision of the stem post steel casting on each section are ensured.
