The invention discloses a two-dimensional positioning method for segmented closure of ship broadside segments. The two-dimensional positioning method comprises the following steps: step 1, making preparation before segment closure; step 2, folding, assembling and locating the segments; using a lower opening of the broadside segment as a lifting point to arrange a lifting ring, horizontally lifting the broadside segment to be closed with the deck segment, using a chain block to make the broadside segment and the deck segment abut against each other, and measuring the vertical distance h from an upper opening of the broadside segment to an edge opening of the deck segment till the design requirement is met; adjusting the inclination angle of the broadside segment by translating a lower opening of the broadside segment towards the center or the broadside; step 3, folding the segments and then carrying out welding; after the broadside segment and the deck segment are folded, welding structural butt joints and fillet welds at the folding positions of the segments; and step 4, carrying out precision adjustment on segment closure. By means of the method, the broadside segment folding precision can be ensured, correction of the segment precision in the total assembly carrying stage can be reduced, and the segment and dock building period is shortened.
本发明公开了一种船舶舷侧片段分段合拢二维定位方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、片段合拢前准备;步骤二、片段合拢装配定位;将舷侧片段下口作为吊点设置起吊吊环,将舷侧片段平吊与甲板片段合拢,并采用手拉葫芦将舷侧片段与甲板片板搭靠,测量舷侧片段上口至甲板片段边口的垂直距离h,直至满足设计要求;通过向中或向舷平移舷侧片段下口调整舷侧片段的倾斜角度;步骤三、片段合拢后焊接;舷侧片段与甲板片段合拢后,对片段合拢位置的结构对接缝及角焊缝进行焊接;步骤四、片段合拢进行精度调整。本发明能够确保舷侧片段合拢精度,并能够减少总组搭载阶段对分段精度的修正,缩短分段及船坞建造周期。
