The electric part is arranged on the first pull net, the gravity center of the floating device can be lowered, the multiple supporting rods are arranged at intervals, the stress area during sea wave flapping can be reduced, and then the stability of the device is effectively improved. The first pull net is located above the sea surface, and potential safety hazards caused by long-time soaking of electrical parts in water can be avoided.
