The intelligent ship mooring equipment comprises a mounting frame, a distance separation unit arranged on the mounting frame, at least six ship mooring electromagnetic equipment connected with the distance separation unit and a control cabinet electrically connected with the ship mooring electromagnetic equipment. A connecting frame is further arranged on the mounting frame, and one ship berthing electromagnetic device is connected with the connecting frame; the ship berthing electromagnetic equipment comprises a base, a horizontal hydraulic control arm movably connected with the base, a universal joint arranged at one end of the horizontal hydraulic control arm, an electromagnetic chuck connected with the universal joint and a vertical hydraulic control arm used for connecting the horizontal hydraulic control arm and the base. When the electromagnetic chuck exceeds the set vertical working threshold value, the angle of the electromagnetic chuck is adjusted again, the electromagnetic chuck is attracted to the ship body, the ship berthing stability is guaranteed, the angle between the electromagnetic device and the ship is prevented from being too large by adjusting the angle of the electromagnetic chuck, and the safety, stability and riding comfort of the ship are improved.
