The invention discloses an electric locomotive scheduling method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that under the condition that a semi-automatic dispatching mode of the electric locomotive is started, whether the electric locomotive reaches a preset turnout or not is judged; if the electric locomotive arrives at the preset turnout, whether the turnout is in a vehicle passing refusing state or not is judged; if the turnout is in the vehicle passing refusing state, a vehicle passing refusing message is sent to target equipment, and a semi-automatic scheduling mode closing instruction sent by a user through the target equipment is received; and if the turnout is not in the vehicle passing refusing state, scheduling the electric locomotive based on the current turnout switch machine state and the preset turnout switch machine state. According to the technical scheme, semi-automatic dispatching of the electric locomotives is achieved, dispatching safety of the electric locomotives is guaranteed, and dispatching efficiency of the electric locomotives is improved.

    本发明公开了一种电机车调度方法、装置、电子设备及存储介质。该方法包括:在电机车的半自动调度模式开启的情况下,判断所述电机车是否到达预设道岔;若所述电机车到达预设道岔,则判断道岔是否处于过车拒动状态;若道岔处于过车拒动状态,则发送过车拒动消息至目标设备,以及接收用户通过所述目标设备发送的半自动调度模式关闭指令;若道岔未处于过车拒动状态,则基于当前道岔转辙机状态与预设道岔转辙机状态对所述电机车进行调度。上述技术方案,实现了电机车的半自动调度,既保证了电机车的调度安全,也提升了电机车的调度效率。
