The invention provides a precise leveling method for a multi-vehicle-body flexible connection carrying platform. The multi-vehicle-body flexible connection carrying platform comprises a vehicle body I, a vehicle body II and a vehicle body III which are flexibly connected in sequence. The lower surfaces of the vehicle body I, the vehicle body II and the vehicle body III are each provided with at least three leveling supporting legs. When a transported workpiece needs to be detected, the leveling supporting legs extend out to lift the workpiece to a required height. According to readings of the tilt angle sensors, independent leveling of all the vehicle bodies is firstly carried out, after the three vehicle bodies are all in a horizontal state, combined leveling is carried out on the three vehicle bodies, finally, the plane where the three vehicle bodies are located is horizontal with the ground, and then workpieces move on the carrying platform in a high-precision mode. According to the method, the problems that an existing large rigid carrying platform is prone to deformation, the flatness of a vehicle body is not high, and the leveling precision is poor are solved, the leveling effect of the large carrying platform is effectively optimized, and the length of the carrying platform can be changed through a U-shaped fork arm structure to achieve transportation of workpieces of different sizes.
发明提供多车体柔性联接运载平台的精密调平方法。多车体柔性联接运载平台包括依次柔性联接的车体Ⅰ、车体Ⅱ和车体Ⅲ。所述车体Ⅰ、车体Ⅱ和车体Ⅲ的下表面均设置有不少于3个调平支腿。当运输的工件需要检测时,伸出调平支腿将工件提升到需要的高度。根据倾角传感器的读数先进行各车体的独立调平,使3个车体都处于水平状态后,再对3个车体进行联合调平,最终使3个车体所在的平面与大地水平,继而使工件在运载平台上高精度移动。该方法解决了现有的大型刚性运载平台容易产生变形,导致车体平面度不高、调平精度差的问题,不仅有效的优化了大型运载平台的调平效果,而且可以通过U型叉臂结构改变运载平台的长度来实现不同尺寸工件的运输。
