The invention relates to a self-adaptive laying remote triggering shearer and a laying shearing method thereof.The self-adaptive laying remote triggering shearer is used in cooperation with a traction ROV underwater, the self-adaptive laying remote triggering shearer comprises a shearing device and a laying device connecting the shearing device and the traction ROV, the shearing device is connected with an underwater sound controller, the laying device comprises a base assembly, a hydraulic cylinder and a push rod, and a diameter difference exists between the two end faces of the push rod; the limiting pin set is circumferentially arranged on the outer circle surface of the push rod. In the initial state, the limiting pin set abuts against the outer surface of the large-diameter end of the push rod, the shearing device comprises a pressure resisting tank and a cylinder body, a piston rod is arranged in the cylinder body, and the space in the cylinder body is divided into a rod cavity and a rodless cavity. Wherein an electric explosion valve is arranged in the pressure-resistant tank, and a rodless cavity is communicated with an external seawater environment; the initial state in the rod cavity is a full-oil state, a blade is connected to the end of the piston rod, and a tool apron matched with the blade is arranged at the end of the rod cavity. According to the self-adaptive laying remote triggering cutter, remote control triggering can be achieved, and underwater cable damage is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种自适应布放远程触发剪切器及其布放剪切方法,在水下配合牵引ROV使用,包括剪切装置、连接剪切装置和牵引ROV的布放装置,剪切装置上连接有水声控制器,所述布放装置包括基座组件、液压缸、推杆,推杆的两端面之间存在直径差,限位销组周向设置在推杆外圆表面处;初始状态时,限位销组抵触在推杆直径较大一端的外表面上,剪切装置包括耐压罐和缸体,缸体内设置活塞杆,将缸体内空间分为有杆腔、无杆腔;其中耐压罐内设电爆阀,无杆腔与外界海水环境相通;有杆腔内初始状态为满油状态,活塞杆端部连接有刀片,有杆腔端部设有匹配刀片的刀座。本发明自适应布放远程触发剪切器可以远程遥控触发,实现水下线缆破坏。
