The invention relates to the technical field of battery thermal management, and provides a battery box temperature adjusting method, a temperature adjusting system and an operation machine, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the internal environment temperature T1 of a battery box and the surface temperature T2 of a battery cell; when it is determined that the internal environment temperature T1 of the battery box is not in the optimal working temperature interval of the battery cell, the whole vehicle heat management module is controlled to adjust the internal environment temperature of the battery box, so that the internal environment temperature of the battery box is in the optimal working temperature interval of the battery cell; and when it is determined that the cell surface temperature T2 is not in the cell optimal working temperature interval, the cell heat management module is controlled to adjust the cell surface temperature, so that the cell surface temperature is in the cell optimal working temperature interval. When the internal environment temperature T1 of the battery box or the surface temperature T2 of the battery cell is not in the optimal working temperature interval of the battery cell, the battery cell is in the optimal working temperature interval of the battery cell through simultaneous working of the whole vehicle heat management module and the battery cell heat management module, so that the use efficiency of the battery cell is improved, and the cycle life of the battery cell is prolonged.

    本发明涉及电池热管理技术领域,提供一种电池箱调温方法、调温系统及作业机械,方法包括获取电池箱内部环境温度T1和电芯表面温度T2;确定电池箱内部环境温度T1不处于电芯最佳工作温度区间时,控制整车热管理模块调节电池箱的内部环境温度,以使电池箱的内部环境温度处于至电芯最佳工作温度区间;确定电芯表面温度T2不处于电芯最佳工作温度区间时,控制电芯热管理模块调节电芯表面温度,以使电芯表面温度处于电芯最佳工作温度区间。本发明在电池箱内部环境温度T1或电芯表面温度T2不处于电芯最佳工作温度区间时,通过整车热管理模块和电芯热管理模块同时工作,以使电芯处于电芯最佳工作温度区间内,增加了电芯的使用效率和循环寿命。
