The invention discloses a mode switching control system and method for a hybrid AT (automatic transmission), and the method comprises the steps that a TCU (transmission control unit) receives an HCU (hybrid control unit) mode switching instruction and feeds back the actual states of a power chain and a clutch to the HCU; the EMS control unit collects rotating speed and torque signals of an engine, sends the rotating speed and torque signals to the TCU and HCU control unit and responds to rotating speed and torque requests; the MCU collects motor rotating speed and torque signals, sends the motor rotating speed and torque signals to the TCU and HCU control units and responds to rotating speed and torque requests; the BMS control unit collects a battery electric quantity signal and sends the battery electric quantity signal to the HCU control unit; the HCU performs information interaction with a driver, the BMS, the TCU, the EMS and the MCU, judges and sends a mode switching instruction, controls opening and closing of the K0 clutch, adjusts the rotating speed and torque of the engine and the motor, and completes mode switching of the hybrid power AT transmission. The problem of poor coordination of rotating speed control and torque control is solved, the driving experience of a driver is improved, and the smoothness of the driving mode switching process is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种混合动力AT变速器的模式切换控制系统及方法,包括:TCU控制单元接收HCU模式切换指令,并反馈动力链及离合器实际状态给HCU;EMS控制单元采集引擎的转速和扭矩信号发送至TCU和HCU控制单元,并响应转速和扭矩请求;MCU控制单元采集电机转速和扭矩信号发送至TCU和HCU控制单元,并响应转速和扭矩请求;BMS控制单元采集电池电量信号发送给HCU控制单元;HCU控制单元与驾驶员、BMS、TCU、EMS以及MCU控制单元进行信息交互,判断并发送模式切换指令,控制K0离合器的开启与闭合,调整引擎和电机的转速和扭矩,完成混合动力AT变速器的模式切换。本发明解决转速控制及扭矩控制协调性差的问题,提高驾驶员的驾驶体验,保证驾驶模式切换过程的平顺性。
