The invention relates to a method for controlling a brake auxiliary electronic vacuum pump for a fuel vehicle, which comprises the following steps of: setting opening and closing pressure of the brake auxiliary electronic vacuum pump for the fuel vehicle: setting opening and closing values and an initial value of the brake auxiliary electronic vacuum pump for the fuel vehicle, and confirming a final value through calibration; switching the working state of the electronic vacuum pump; electronic vacuum pump alarm control: monitoring the electronic vacuum pump by an electronic vacuum pump controller, judging a corresponding fault, and recording a fault code and lightening an instrument maintenance lamp after the fault is detected; and electronic vacuum pump failure and emergency mode control. According to the control method, electronic vacuum pump opening/closing pressure, electronic vacuum pump working state conversion, electronic vacuum pump system alarm strategies, electronic vacuum system failure and emergency modes and other working methods are set; the working method can be transversely applied to other fuel oil vehicle types, reasonable application of the electronic vacuum pump is achieved, and faults of the electronic vacuum pump can be recognized to guarantee safety of a braking system.

    本发明涉及一种燃油车用制动辅助电子真空泵控制方法,包括燃油车用制动辅助电子真空泵开启与关闭压力设置:设置燃油车用制动辅助电子真空泵的开启关闭值、初始值,并由标定确认最终值;电子真空泵工作状态转换;电子真空泵报警控制:电子真空泵控制器对电子真空泵进行监控,能判断出相应故障,并且当检测到故障后,需记录故障码,点亮仪表维修灯;电子真空泵失效和应急模式控制。本发明控制方法设定了电子真空泵开启/关闭压力、电子真空泵工作状态转换、电子真空泵系统报警策略和电子真空系统失效及应急模式等工作方法;该工作方法可横展应用其他燃油车型,不仅实现电子真空泵合理应用,还能够识别电子真空泵故障以保障制动系统安全性。
