The invention provides a multi-source power system, a driving method, a braking energy recovery method and a vehicle, the multi-source power system comprises a contact net, an energy storage device and a traction motor, the contact net and the energy storage device are arranged in parallel, and the output end of the contact net and the output end of the energy storage device are connected with the input end of the traction motor and used for driving the traction motor to operate; the output end of the traction motor is connected with the input end of the energy storage device and the input end of the contact net, the energy storage device is used for recycling braking energy under the first working condition, and the contact net is used for recycling braking energy under the second working condition. The output end of the traction motor is connected with the input end of the energy storage device and the input end of the contact network, so that the traction motor can transmit electric energy to the energy storage device and the contact network when the vehicle is braked, the multi-source power system can recycle braking energy when the vehicle is braked, energy loss is reduced, and the service life of the multi-source power system is prolonged.
