The invention is suitable for the technical field of charging piles, and provides an intelligent charging interaction method and device, a charging pile and a storage medium, and the intelligent charging interaction method is applied to the charging pile and comprises the steps: obtaining the network condition of a place where the charging pile is located; determining a current connection mode between the charging pile and the mobile equipment according to the network condition; receiving a connection request sent by the mobile device based on the connection mode, and establishing a connection with the mobile device; and under the connection, receiving and responding to a charging interaction request sent by the mobile device through a specified application program. According to the invention, the dependence of the charging pile on a place network can be reduced, the charging pile can interact with the user under different network conditions, the demand of the user is responded, the charging interaction efficiency is improved, and the user experience is enhanced.

    本申请适用于充电桩技术领域,提供了一种智能充电交互方法、装置、充电桩和存储介质,所述智能充电交互方法应用于充电桩,包括:获取所在场所的网络状况;根据所述网络状况,确定所述充电桩与移动设备当前的连接方式;接收所述移动设备基于所述连接方式发送的连接请求,并与所述移动设备建立连接;在所述连接下,接收并响应所述移动设备通过指定应用程序发送的充电交互请求。本申请可以减少充电桩对场所网络的依赖,保障充电桩在不同的网络情况下都能与用户交互,响应用户的需求,提升充电交互效率,增强用户体验。
