The invention relates to the technical field of data processing, in particular to a charging interaction method, device and equipment of a charging pile and a storage medium, and the method comprises the following steps: after power-on, performing clock synchronization with a communication module to establish serial port communication with an MQTT load balancer; pID information is uploaded through the communication module to carry out identity verification, and first-time connection with the MQTT load balancer is completed; all the state information is uploaded, and whether version upgrading operation needs to be carried out or not is judged according to feedback information; when a control instruction for starting charging is received, a charging loop is opened, charging time is obtained, and whether an abnormal problem exists in the charging process or not is judged within the charging time; whether the equipment is disconnected or not is judged through the communication module, and when the equipment is disconnected, or the charging abnormal problem exists, or the charging time is up, or the load feeds back full electricity information, the charging loop is closed; according to the method disclosed by the invention, the real-time feedback information of the charging pile is uploaded through the communication module, and online monitoring and unified management of the charging pile are realized.

    本发明涉及数据处理技术领域,尤其涉及充电桩充电交互方法、装置、设备及存储介质,所述方法包括:上电后,与通讯模块进行时钟同步以建立与MQTT负载均衡器的串口通信;通过通讯模块上传PID信息以进行身份验证,完成与MQTT负载均衡器的首次连接;上传所有状态信息,根据反馈信息判断是否需要进行版本升级操作;当接收到开始充电的控制指令时,打开充电回路,并获取充电时间,在充电时间内,判断充电过程是否存在异常问题;通过通讯模块判断设备是否掉线,当设备掉线时,或当存在充电异常问题时,或当到达充电时间时,或当负载反馈满电信息时,关闭充电回路;本申请公开的方法,通过通讯模块上传充电桩的实时反馈信息,实现充电桩的在线监测和统一管理。
