The invention provides an unmanned helicopter system near-ground hovering test testing system, and the system comprises a hovering mooring platform subsystem which comprises a ground mooring platform and a mooring rope; the video real-time monitoring subsystem is used for assisting an unmanned aerial vehicle pilot in monitoring whether a mooring rope is tightened or not in real time and visually judging whether the near-ground hovering height and posture of the unmanned helicopter exceed limits or not according to the state of the mooring rope; the vibration real-time monitoring subsystem is used for testing personnel to monitor vibration level data of key positions in the testing process; the physical protection subsystem is used for providing physical protection for testers; according to the near-ground hovering test of the unmanned helicopter system, height and attitude limitation monitoring is converted into mooring rope state monitoring, the monitoring implementation difficulty is reduced, the monitoring intuition degree is improved, and therefore the working load of an unmanned helicopter pilot is reduced, and the adjustment efficiency of parameters of a flight control system is improved.
