The invention belongs to the field of aircraft airfoil surface control, and particularly relates to an aircraft airfoil surface actuating mechanism based on shape memory alloy wires, which comprises a base, a rotating mechanism, an elastic stabilizing piece, two groups of driving mechanisms and two groups of elastic resetting pieces, the driving mechanism comprises a temperature control part, a cooling plate and a shape memory alloy part I arranged on the cooling plate, the cooling plate is fixed on the base, the end part of the shape memory alloy part I is fixedly connected with the rotating mechanism, and the temperature control part is connected with the shape memory alloy part I; one end of the elastic reset piece is fixedly connected with the base, and the other end is connected with the rotating mechanism; the two driving mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on one side of the rotating mechanism, and the two elastic reset pieces are symmetrically arranged on the other side of the rotating mechanism. According to the aircraft airfoil actuating mechanism, the realizability is high, and the load requirements of airfoil actuating of different types of aircrafts can be met on the premise that size and mass constraints are considered.

    本发明属于飞行器翼面控制领域,具体是涉及到一种基于形状记忆合金丝的飞行器翼面作动机构,包括底座、转动机构、弹性稳定件以及两组驱动机构和两组弹性复位件;驱动机构包括温度控制件、冷却板以及设置在冷却板上的形状记忆合金件Ⅰ,冷却板固定在底座上,形状记忆合金件Ⅰ的端部与转动机构固定连接,温度控制件与形状记忆合金件Ⅰ连接;弹性复位件的一端与底座固定连接,另一端与转动机构连接;两组驱动机构对称设置在转动机构的一侧,两组弹性复位件对称设置在转动机构的另一侧;弹性稳定件的一端与底座固定连接,另一端与转动机构连接,本发明可实现性强,能在考虑尺寸、质量约束的前提下满足不同类型飞行器翼面作动的负载要求。
