The invention discloses an airfoil unfolding mechanism which comprises a base, a wing plate and a shape memory alloy wire. The wing plate comprises a wing plate body and a rotating part, the wing plate is hinged to the base through the rotating part, one end of the shape memory alloy wire is connected with the rotating part, and the other end of the shape memory alloy wire is fixed to the base. The airfoil unfolding mechanism is applied to the spacecraft, the shape memory alloy with the thermal contraction characteristic is adopted, the wing plate can be driven to be converted into the 90-degree complete unfolding state from the 0-degree complete folding state. The airfoil unfolding mechanism has the advantages of being small in occupied space, simple in structure, small in mass, stable, controllable, safe, reliable and the like. In addition, the invention further discloses a preprocessing method of the shape memory alloy.
