In the design of an existing bicycle rear driving wheel, the principle of a ratchet wheel and pawl one-way transmission mechanism is mainly adopted to drive a rear wheel of an automatic bicycle to rotate so as to obtain power for the bicycle to move forwards, a shaft transmission mode without a chain is also adopted to drive the rear wheel to rotate, however, the shaft transmission mode and the shaft transmission mode have certain defects in practice. In order to overcome the defects of driving mechanisms of the two common bicycles, the bicycle transmission mechanism is designed and comprises a fixing shaft, a hollow fluted disc shaft, a wheel shaft, a chain wheel shaft, an end cover and a pin column, the hollow fluted disc shaft is composed of a shaft barrel and a fluted disc arranged at one end of the shaft barrel, and semicircular grooves are formed in the positions, located at the edge of a disc body, of the fluted disc in an array mode. According to the design, the structure is firmer, the transmitted torque is larger, and the higher driving capacity is achieved; a standardized tapered roller bearing is adopted to replace a rolling shaft bearing used by an original bicycle, so that the mechanism can be adjusted to the optimal state in the axial direction and the radial direction after being installed, and meanwhile, the sealing performance and the durability are also improved.
现有的自行车后驱动轮设计中主要采用棘轮和棘爪单向传动机构的原理来驱动自动车后轮转动,以获得自行车向前前进的动力,此处也有不用链条的轴传动方式来驱动后轮转动,但在实践中发现二者都存在一定的不足之处,为解决上述两种常用自行车的驱动机构上的不足之处,设计一种用于自行车传动机构,包括固定轴、空心齿盘轴、车轮轴、链轮轴、端盖及销柱,所述空心齿盘轴由轴筒及设置于轴筒一端的齿盘组成,所述齿盘位于盘体边缘处阵列设有半圆槽,本设计中结构上更加坚固,传递的扭矩更大,具有更强的驱动能力;采用标准化的圆锥滚子轴承代替原有自行车使用的滚轴轴承,使本机构在安装后轴向径向都能调整到最佳状态,同时也提高了密封性和耐用性。
