A rear wheel of a bicycle, comprising a rim (1) with spokes (2), a hub axle (3) on which at least one chain-driven wheel (5, 6) is rotatably mounted, and a one-way clutch assembly comprising a flange (9) and a disc (10) arranged adjacent to each other, coaxially mounted and having a gap (8), in which the flange is mounted on the hub axle (3) by means of a ball bearing, and the disc (10) is mounted on the hub axle (3) by means of a ball bearing. The disk (10) is integrated with the chain drive wheel (6). The flange and the disc respectively have side surfaces (91, 101) facing each other, one of the flange and the disc having teeth (11) on its side surface and the other of the flange and the disc having at least one hook (12) on its side surface, the hook (12) being positioned at a distance from the hub axle similar to or the same as the distance of the teeth (11) from the hub axle.
