The invention discloses an active suspension control system and method for a non-road multi-axle vehicle. An active suspension of the vehicle is of a double-wishbone independent suspension structure, and each wheel is provided with an active executing mechanism with a telescopic adjusting function and a shock absorber connected with the active executing mechanism in series. The active suspension control system calls an active suspension control method, and firstly, current wheel, suspension, vehicle body posture and wheel load data of a vehicle are output in a display screen; then, according to the input of a driver through pitching, heeling and height adjusting switches, the telescopic adjusting amount needed by each active executing mechanism when the control expectation is reached is calculated, and each active executing mechanism is driven to synchronously implement active control; and the display screen updates the current posture and wheel load data of the vehicle in real time until the active control is finished. According to the invention, flexible and effective vehicle height and vehicle posture active control and visual man-machine interaction functions can be provided for a multi-axle active suspension vehicle to pass through extreme terrains at a low speed, and the trafficability and stability of a non-road multi-axle vehicle are improved.

    本发明公开非道路多轴车辆的主动悬架控制系统与控制方法。所述车辆的主动悬架采用双横臂独立悬架构型,并为每个车轮配置一个具有伸缩调节功能的主动执行机构和与之串联的减震器。主动悬架控制系统调用主动悬架控制方法,首先在显示屏内输出车辆当前的车轮、悬架、车身姿态和车轮载荷数据;然后按照驾驶员通过俯仰、侧倾和高度调节开关的输入,解算达到控制预期时各主动执行机构需要的伸缩调节量,并驱动各主动执行机构同步实施主动控制;显示屏实时更新车辆当前的姿态和轮荷数据,直至主动控制结束。本发明可为多轴主动悬架车辆低速通过极端地形提供灵活、有效的车高、车姿主动控制和直观的人机交互功能,提升非道路多轴车辆的通过性和稳定性。
