The invention discloses an active suspension control method in extreme terrain crossing of a multi-axle vehicle. Each wheel of the vehicle is provided with an active execution mechanism with an axial telescopic function, a vehicle body state measurement system for measuring vehicle body state information and a front road preview system for preview of front road surface information. The control method comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out one-stop advanced calculation on vehicle height, vehicle posture and wheel load passive response under the excitation of a preview front road surface, and planning a vehicle height, vehicle posture and wheel load target when driving to a preview terrain on the basis of the passive response; then, according to the vehicle height, vehicle posture and wheel load planning target and passive response, the active suspension adjusting amount is calculated in advance in a one-stop mode, and according to the active suspension adjusting amount, a driving system and an active suspension system are synchronously adjusted, so that the driving vehicle always pursues the vehicle height, vehicle posture and wheel load planning target. According to the invention, the trafficability, maneuverability, stability and comfort of the multi-axle vehicle in extreme terrain crossing and the security of the vehicle and goods can be obviously improved.

    本发明公开多轴车辆极端地形穿越中的主动悬架控制方法。所述车辆为每个车轮配置有一个具有轴向伸缩功能的主动执行机构,同时配置有测量车身状态信息的车身状态测量系统和预瞄前方路面信息的前路预瞄系统,所述控制方法首先一站式超前解算预瞄前方路面激励下的车高车姿与车轮载荷被动响应,并以此被动响应为基础规划行驶到预瞄地形时的车高车姿与车轮载荷目标,然后根据车高车姿与车轮载荷规划目标以及被动响应一站式超前解算主动悬架调节量,并据此对行驶系统和主动悬架系统实施同步调节,使行驶中的车辆始终追逐车高车姿与车轮载荷规划目标。本发明可显著提升多轴车辆在极端地形穿越中的通过性、机动性、稳定性、舒适性、以及车辆和货物保全性。
