The invention provides a configuration planning method and device of a crane and the crane, and relates to the technical field of cranes. The configuration planning method of the crane comprises the following steps: acquiring configuration information of the crane and a slope angle of a road to be driven; judging whether the gravity center position of the crane exceeds a safety range or not according to the configuration information of the crane and the slope angle of the road to be driven; under the condition that the gravity center position of the crane exceeds a safety range, determining a to-be-disassembled assembly from detachable assemblies of the crane; and planning the dismounting scheme of the to-be-dismounted components to obtain a dismounting scheme which enables the gravity center position of the dismounted crane to be within a safe range and enables the dismounting number of the to-be-dismounted components to be minimum. Through the steps, on the premise of ensuring the walking safety of the crane, the configuration disassembly, transportation and assembly cost in the transition process can be saved, and the transition operation efficiency of the crane is improved.

    本公开提出了一种起重机的配置规划方法、装置和起重机,涉及起重机技术领域。其中,起重机的配置规划方法包括:获取起重机的配置信息、以及待行驶道路的坡度角;根据所述起重机的配置信息和所述待行驶道路的坡度角,判断所述起重机的重心位置是否超出安全范围;在所述起重机的重心位置超出安全范围的情况下,从所述起重机的可拆卸组件中确定待拆卸组件;对所述待拆卸组件的拆卸方案进行规划,以得到使拆卸后的起重机的重心位置位于安全范围内、且待拆卸组件的拆卸数量最小的拆卸方案。通过以上步骤,能够在保证起重机行走安全的前提下,节省转场过程中配置拆卸、运输与组装成本,提高起重机转场作业效率。
