The invention discloses a CPS-based ship propulsion shafting intelligent bearing device, and relates to the technical field of ship propulsion shafting, the CPS-based ship propulsion shafting intelligent bearing device comprises a blade, one end of the blade is connected with a propulsion shafting intelligent bearing device, and the propulsion shafting intelligent bearing device is in interactive control connection through an intelligent bearing system control module; the intelligent bearing device of the propulsion shafting comprises a radial intelligent bearing and an axial intelligent bearing, wherein the axial intelligent bearing comprises a magnetic suspension shaft, a rotor, an intelligent stator, a stator winding and an air gap sensor. According to the CPS-based intelligent bearing device for the ship propulsion shafting, the intelligent bearing system collects physical information of an air gap between the stator and the rotor, meanwhile, ship operation environment information is obtained and sent to the control center through the information sending module, and the system generates control information according to the actual environment and requirements of a ship and controls the ship propulsion shafting according to the control information. The electromagnetic suspension and electromagnetic torque performance of the intelligent bearing is actively adjusted through stator winding excitation of the intelligent stator.

    本发明公开了一种基于CPS的船舶推进轴系智能轴承装置,涉及船舶推进轴系技术领域,本发明包括桨叶,桨叶一端连接推进轴系智能轴承装置,推进轴系智能轴承装置通过智能轴承系统控制模块交互控制连接,推进轴系智能轴承装置包括径向智能轴承以及轴向智能轴承,轴向智能轴承包括磁悬浮轴、转子、智能定子、定子绕组以及气隙传感器。本发明一种基于CPS的船舶推进轴系智能轴承装置,智能轴承系统采集定子与转子之间气隙的物理信息,同时获取船舶运行环境信息,通过信息发送模块发送至控制中心,系统根据船舶实际环境和需求生成控制信息,通过智能定子的定子绕组励磁,主动调整智能轴承的电磁悬浮和电磁转矩性能。
