The submersible emergency load rejection device comprises a manned submersible, an oil cylinder is fixed to the manned submersible through an installation support, an electric push rod is installed at one end of the manned submersible in a matched mode, the electric push rod is connected with a control system through a cable, the control system is located in a manned cabin, and a manual hydraulic pump is further arranged in the manned cabin. The manual hydraulic pump is communicated with the oil cylinder through an oil pipe; a piston is mounted in the oil cylinder, extends out of the other end of the oil cylinder and is connected with a release cabin, the end part of the release cabin is connected with a pair of mounting bases through a sliding release pin, the mounting bases are fixed on the manned submersible, and a load-throwing block is connected between the two mounting bases through a mounting lug plate; the piston comprises a piston head and a piston rod, a rod body of the electric push rod extends into the oil cylinder and is connected with the piston head, and the rod body is sleeved with a spring. Ballast discarding can be completed under various working conditions, full coverage of the normal working condition, the active emergency working condition and the passive emergency working condition is achieved, and safety of the manned submersible and personnel is guaranteed.

    一种适用于多工况的潜水器应急抛载装置及操作方法,包括载人潜水器,其通过安装支架固定有油缸,其一端配合安装有电动推杆,其通过缆线连接控制系统,控制系统位于载人舱内部,载人舱的内部还设置有手动液压泵,手动液压泵通过油管与油缸连通;油缸内部安装活塞,活塞从油缸的另一端伸出,并连接释放舱,释放舱的端部通过滑动释放销连接一对挂载基座,挂载基座固定在载人潜水器上,两挂载基座之间通过挂载耳板连接抛载重块;活塞包括活塞头和活塞杆,电动推杆的杆体伸入至油缸内部并与活塞头连接,杆体上套有弹簧。能够在多种工况下完成压载抛弃,实现对正常工况、主动应急工况和被动应急工况的全覆盖,保障载人潜水器和人员的安全。
