An emergency load rejection mechanism of a manned submersible comprises a hydraulic oil cylinder, a static iron core, a shell and a base are fixedly installed at the bottom of the hydraulic oil cylinder, an inner threaded hole is formed in the tail end of a piston rod of the hydraulic oil cylinder, a stepped groove is formed in a positioning threaded sleeve, the top end of a connecting pin is arranged in the stepped groove and can slide in the axial direction of a groove wall, and the positioning threaded sleeve is screwed into the threaded hole of the piston rod; a movable iron core is further arranged below the static iron core, and threaded holes are formed in the upper end and the lower end of the movable iron core and connected with the connecting pin and the upper end of a double-endstud respectively; stepped holes are symmetrically formed in the two sides of the base, wedge-shaped limiting rods are installed in the stepped holes in a matched mode respectively, a ball head pullrod is installed in the middle of the base in a matched mode, a floating ring is arranged below the ball head pull rod, and the heads of the wedge-shaped limiting rods are matched with the ball head pull rod and the floating ring; and a hanging shaft is included; a top of the hanging shaft is in threaded connection with the ball head pull rod, and the bottom of the hanging shaft is connected witha ballast through a hanging ring screw. Flexible and reliable work is achieved.
