According to the anti-overturning method and device for the high-speed train in the strong wind environment, when the high-speed train encounters crosswind, pneumatic division of the upper layer and the lower layer is carried out on the leeward side of the train so as to disturb the flow field of the leeward side of the train, improve the surface pressure of the leeward side of the train, reduce the pressure difference between the windward side and the leeward side of the train and reduce the pneumatic transverse force of the train; meanwhile, upward aerodynamic lift force is formed by the flow velocity difference of the upper-layer airflow and the lower-layer airflow, and the overturning moment of the train is jointly reduced. By opening the plate-shaped structure of the leeward side part of the train, the overturning moment of the train is effectively reduced, the anti-overturning design of the high-speed train in the strong wind environment is achieved, the operation stability and safety of the high-speed train are guaranteed, and when the train runs normally, the plate-shaped structure can form a part of the side face of the train body, and the anti-overturning effect is achieved. And the pneumatic effect of the train during normal running is not affected, and the method is simple and feasible and has important practical engineering significance.

    本发明提供了一种强风环境下高速列车抗倾覆方法及装置,当遭遇横风时,在列车的背风侧进行上层与下层的气动分割,以扰乱列车背风侧的流场,提升列车背风侧表面压力,减小列车迎风侧与背风侧的压力差,减小列车气动横向力,同时上层与下层气流的流速差形成向上的气动升力,共同减小列车的倾覆力矩。本发明通过打开列车背风侧部分板状结构的方式,使得列车倾覆力矩有效降低,实现了高速列车强风环境下的抗倾覆设计,保证了高速列车运行稳定性和安全性,而当列车正常行驶时,板状结构即可组成车体侧面的一部分,不会影响到列车正常行驶时的气动效应,简易可行,具有重要的实际工程意义。
