The invention provides a port ship traffic organization optimization method for multi-basin mixed navigation, and relates to the technical field of scheduling of multi-basin ships entering and leaving a port, and the method comprises the following steps: considering constraint conditions such as a port entering and leaving ship tide-taking constraint, a port entering and leaving ship traffic conflict resolution constraint of each water area, and a coordinated mixed navigation mode; and a multi-objective optimization model of a multi-basin mixed navigation channel ship traffic organization is established. And designing a hybrid heuristic algorithm combining NSGA-II and TS for solving to obtain an optimized traffic organization scheme. According to the method, the scheduling problem of taking the minimum scheduling time and the minimum waiting time of all ships as targets is solved. And arranging a reasonable navigation mode and a port entering and leaving sequence for all ships entering and leaving the port in the planning period, so that the scheduling time and the waiting time of all the ships are minimum. The method has an important reference value for reasonably arranging a ship entering and leaving plan of a multi-basin mixed navigation port.

    本发明提供了一种多港池混合型通航的港口船舶交通组织优化方法,涉及多港池船舶进出港的调度技术领域,包括如下步骤:考虑进出港船舶乘潮约束、各水域进出港船舶交通冲突消解约束、协调混合型通航模式等约束条件,建立了多港池混合型通航航道船舶交通组织的多目标优化模型。设计NSGA‑II和TS相结合的混合启发式算法进行求解,获得优化后的交通组织方案。该方法解决了以所有船舶的调度时间最小和等待时间最小为目标的调度问题。为计划期内进出港的所有船舶安排合理的通航模式和进出港顺序,使所有船舶的调度时间最小和等待时间最小。对合理安排多港池混合型通航的港口船舶进出港计划具有重要的参考价值。
