The invention discloses a dam-passing ship traffic organization optimization method based on high-precision simulation. The method comprises the following steps: S1, traffic control line dynamic optimization; s2, planning and constructing an anchoring ground; s3, scientifically defining the gate waiting time and quantity of the ships; s4, constructing a dam-passing ship linkage control information sharing mechanism; s5, optimizing a dam-crossing traffic organization flow; and S6, determining a supervision mechanism. The method analyzes and updates the channel condition changes of the existing to-be-locked ground and the berthing area, provides adjustment suggestions for the water area where the berthing area is not suitable to be arranged, perfects related supporting facilities of the to-be-locked ground, defines functional partitions, and guarantees the ship berthing safety in the berthing water area to the maximum extent on the basis of the prior art; the gate waiting statistical index is further perfected, the statistical accuracy is improved, and the ship gate waiting condition of each region is objectively reflected; and a linkage control ship dam-passing information sharing platform is established by integrating demand exploration, and information acquisition, transmission, interaction and sharing are met.
本发明公开了一种基于高精度仿真的过坝船舶交通组织优化方法,包括如下步骤:S1:交通管制线动态优化;S2:锚地规划建设;S3:船舶待闸时间及数量科学界定;S4:过坝船舶联动控制信息共享机制建设;S5:过坝交通组织流程优化;S6:明确监督机制。本发明对现有待闸锚地与停泊区航道条件变化进行分析与更新,对不宜设置停泊区水域提出调整建议,完善待闸锚地相关配套设施,明确功能分区,在现有基础上最大程度保障停泊水域船舶靠泊安全;进一步完善待闸统计指标,提高统计准确性,以客观反映各个区域的船舶待闸情况;整合需求探索建立联动控制船舶过坝信息共享平台,满足信息采集、传递交互共享。
