The controlled end of the first hydraulic control reversing valve is connected with a high-pressure source through a controlled oil way, the controlled oil way is provided with a second hydraulic control reversing valve used for controlling the controlled oil way, the controlled end of the second hydraulic control reversing valve is connected with a control oil way for amplitude variation action, and the first hydraulic control reversing valve has a first state; the first hydraulic oil way and the second hydraulic oil way are disconnected through high pressure of the controlled end of the first hydraulic control reversing valve. And in the second state, when the control oil way of the variable amplitude action is under normal pressure, the first hydraulic oil way and the second hydraulic oil way are communicated through the normal pressure of the controlled end of the first hydraulic control reversing valve. According to the invention, the impact caused by adding the winding action during the amplitude variation action can be reduced, and the stability is improved.
