The clamping device comprises a clamping arm and a clamping arm driving mechanism for driving the clamping arm to act, and the clamping arm driving mechanism is used for driving the clamping arm to act so as to clamp and fix the corresponding end of the AUV when the corresponding end of the AUV penetrates to the clamping arm.
