The invention discloses an interaction method for valet parking service. The interaction method is used for a vehicle-mounted system of a vehicle. The method comprises the steps that under the condition that a user drives a vehicle to enter a remote designated driving service area, a first access entrance of a valet parking service is displayed; responding to an interaction operation of the user on the first access entrance, and presenting a navigation process of the vehicle to a designated parking space in the remote designated driving service area; after the vehicle arrives at the designated parking space, displaying a first control for confirming the start of service; and in response to an interactive operation of the user on the first control, displaying that the vehicle enters a departure waiting state, so that a cloud security officer remotely controls the vehicle to run to a preset parking lot parking space after the user locks the vehicle. According to the method, remote valet parking service and user initiation service are provided, a safety officer takes over the vehicle remotely at the cloud end, safety supervision can be conducted on the driving process of the vehicle, the safety officer does not need to go to the user in the vehicle to operate, handover is smoother and faster, and meanwhile the safety of articles in the vehicle is guaranteed.

    本申请公开了一种代客泊车服务的交互方法,用于车辆的车载系统。方法包括:在用户驾驶车辆进入远程代驾服务区的情况下,显示代客泊车服务的第一访问入口;响应用户对第一访问入口的交互操作,呈现车辆前往远程代驾服务区指定车位的导航过程;在车辆到达指定车位后,显示确认开始服务的第一控件;响应于用户对第一控件的交互操作,显示车辆进入等待出发状态,以使云端的安全员在用户锁车后远程控制车辆行驶至预设停车场车位。本申请中,提供了远程代客泊车服务,用户发起服务,安全员在云端远程对车辆进行接管,既可以对车辆的行驶过程进行安全监管,又无需到安全员亲自到用户车内进行操作,交接更加的流畅顺利快捷,同时也保障了车内物品的安全。
