The invention discloses a power battery self-heating system and method based on electric drive inverter reconstruction, and the system comprises an inverter which is connected in parallel with two ends of a power battery, and the inverter comprises three groups of IGBT bridges which are connected in parallel; the driving motor comprises three winding inductors, one ends of the winding inductors are mutually connected, and the other ends of the winding inductors are respectively connected with intermediate circuits of the three groups of IGBT bridges to form three connecting ends; the positive electrode of the power battery is connected with two branches, one branch is connected to the positive electrode end of the inverter through a first relay, the other branch is connected to one end of the capacitor through an adjustable resistor and a second relay which are connected in series, and one or two connecting ends are connected with the other end of the capacitor; and the controller is used for regulating and controlling the states of the first relay, the second relay and the adjustable resistor according to the monitored temperature of the power battery so as to realize switching operation of the driving circuit and the self-heating circuit. According to the invention, self-heating of the power battery can be safely and efficiently realized with low power consumption.
本发明公开了一种基于电驱逆变器重构的动力电池自加热系统及方法,包括并联于动力电池两端的逆变器,逆变器包括并联的三组IGBT桥;驱动电机包括三个绕组电感,每个绕组电感的一端相互连接,且每个绕组电感的另一端分别与三组IGBT桥的中间电路连接,形成三个连接端;动力电池的正极连接有两条支路,其中一条支路通过第一继电器连接至逆变器的正极端,另一条支路通过串联的可调电阻和第二继电器后连接至电容的一端,其中一个或两个连接端与电容的另一端连接;控制器用于根据所监测到的动力电池的温度来调控第一继电器、第二继电器和可调电阻的状态,以实现驱动电路和自加热电路的切换运行。本发明能够安全、高效、低功耗地实现动力电池的自加热。
