The invention provides a power battery heating method and system and a vehicle electric drive device.The method comprises the steps that a d-axis voltage amplitude limiting value corresponding to a d-axis voltage amplitude limiting value initial instruction is corrected according to the power battery heating environment, and a d-axis voltage amplitude corrected limiting value is obtained; the d-axis current limiting value corresponding to the d-axis current limiting value initial instruction is corrected, and a d-axis current correction limiting value is obtained; performing current prediction on the d axis to obtain a d-axis current prediction value; obtaining a d-axis voltage amplitude limit value real-time instruction through the d-axis voltage amplitude correction limit value, the d-axis current correction limit value and the d-axis current prediction value; and on the basis of the d-axis voltage amplitude limit value real-time instruction, positive and negative abrupt change voltage is provided for the d axis, and a pulse current is generated by utilizing d-axis inductance, so that the power battery is heated according to the pulse current. By generating pulse current, the power battery can be periodically charged and discharged, so that the power battery is heated.

    本发明提供一种动力电池加热方法及系统、一种车辆电驱装置,该方法包括:根据动力电池加热环境对d轴电压幅值限值初始指令对应的d轴电压幅值限值进行修正,得到d轴电压幅值修正限值;以及,对d轴电流限值初始指令对应的d轴电流限值进行修正,得到d轴电流修正限值;对d轴进行电流预测,得到d轴电流预测值;通过d轴电压幅值修正限值、d轴电流修正限值和d轴电流预测值,得到d轴电压幅值限值实时指令;基于d轴电压幅值限值实时指令,对d轴提供正负突变的电压,并利用d轴电感产生脉冲电流,以根据脉冲电流进行动力电池加热。本发明通过产生脉冲电流,可以使动力电池进行周期性地充电和放电,从而对动力电池进行加热。
