The high-strength steel wire rope for the crane comprises a steel wire rope body, a main outer layer strand, a steel core body and an outer wrapping rope, the steel core body is arranged in the center of the interior of the steel wire rope body and comprises a steel core center strand and a steel core outer layer strand, the steel core center strand is arranged in the center of the interior of the steel core body, and the steel core outer layer strand is arranged in the steel core body. Six groups of steel core outer-layer strands are uniformly distributed on the outer side of the steel core central strand, and seven groups of main outer-layer strands are uniformly distributed on the outer side of the steel core main body. According to the steel wire rope, the steel wire rope body, the steel core body and the main outer layer strands are installed, the main outer layer strands are of a seven-strand structure, and one strand is added on the basis of a common six-strand rope, so that the total wire number of the steel wire rope body is increased, and the flexibility and structural strength of the steel wire rope body are greatly improved; and the extrusion resistance and the abrasion resistance between the inner layer and the outer layer are greatly improved, and the phenomena of fatigue wire breakage and abrasion wire breakage are not prone to occurring.

    本发明公开了一种起重机用高强度钢丝绳,包括钢丝绳主体、主外层股、钢芯主体和外包裹绳,钢丝绳主体内部的中央位置处设置有钢芯主体,且钢芯主体包括钢芯中心股和钢芯外层股,钢芯中心股设置于钢芯主体内部的中央位置处,且钢芯中心股的外侧均匀分布有6组钢芯外层股,钢芯主体的外侧均匀分布有7组主外层股。本发明通过安装有钢丝绳主体、钢芯主体以及主外层股,主外层股采用7股结构,较普通6股绳基础上增加1股,使得钢丝绳主体总丝数提高,大大提高钢丝绳主体的柔韧性和结构强度,主外层股捻距等同钢芯主体捻距设计,大幅提高内层与外层之间的抗挤压力和抗磨损力,不容易出现疲劳断丝和磨损断丝现象。
