The invention discloses lifting rope stabilizing equipment for a building tower crane and a stabilizing method, and relates to the field of constructions.The lifting rope stabilizing equipment comprises a hoisting trolley, the hoisting trolley comprises a protective shell, a steel wire rope is arranged in the protective shell, and a stabilizing mechanism is arranged in an inner cavity of the protective shell and comprises a fixing plate installed on the inner wall of the protective shell; a circular-truncated-cone-shaped groove is formed in the end, away from the protective shell, of the fixing plate, limiting plates are symmetrically arranged in the circular-truncated-cone-shaped groove, auxiliary balls are arranged between the limiting plates, a plurality of stabilizing units are arranged in the circular-truncated-cone-shaped groove, the adjacent stabilizing units are hinged through chains, and the stabilizing units are located between the limiting plates. The stable units are arranged in a circumferential array with the center axis of the circular-truncated-cone-shaped groove as the center, and periodic swing of the steel wire rope is conveniently and rapidly eliminated through mutual cooperation of the stable units, the limiting plates and the auxiliary balls, so that the movable arm tower crane can work safely, the in-place precision of goods and the production efficiency are improved, and the labor intensity of operators is reduced.

    本发明公开了建筑塔吊用吊绳平稳设备及平稳方法,涉及建筑领域,包括起重小车,起重小车包括防护壳,防护壳内设置有钢丝绳,防护壳的内腔设置有平稳机构,平稳机构包括安装在防护壳内壁的固定板,固定板远离防护壳的一端开有圆台形槽,圆台形槽内对称设置有限位板,限位板之间设置有辅助球,圆台形槽内设置有若干平稳单元,且相邻平稳单元之间通过链条铰接,平稳单元位于限位板之间,平稳单元以圆台形槽的中心轴为中心呈圆周阵列,通过平稳单元、限位板、辅助球之间的相互配合,方便快速消除钢丝绳的周期性摆动,使动臂塔式起重机能够安全作业,提高了货物的就位精度及生产效率,降低了操作者劳动强度。
