The method comprises the steps that a lifting hook below a trolley is fixed, a lifting steel wire rope on the trolley is taken out, and meanwhile the lifting steel wire rope with the first preset length is reserved on a winding drum; the lifting steel wire rope at the rope outlet position of the trolley is fixed, then fixation of the lifting hook is relieved, the lifting hook is lowered to the ground for lifting the pre-tightening load and lifted to the pre-tightening platform, and pre-tightening rope winding of the first section of the lifting steel wire rope is completed; fixing of the lifting steel wire rope is relieved, the winding drum is controlled to wind the lifting steel wire rope with the second preset length, then the lifting steel wire rope is fixed, and the second preset length is equal to the first preset length; hoisting the pre-tightening load to the ground, and then lifting the pre-tightening load to a pre-tightening platform to finish pre-tightening and winding of the second section of hoisting steel wire rope; and the last two steps are repeated until the taken-out lifting steel wire rope is completely pre-tightened. The pre-tightening force can be quantitatively controlled, and damage to the lifting steel wire rope is reduced.
