The bidirectional stamping air inlet comprises an upper cover plate, a lower cover plate, a left guide plate, a right guide plate and a middle guide plate. The two side wing edges of the upper cover plate are bent downwards, and the two side wing edges of the lower cover plate are bent upwards. The left side flow guide plate and the right side flow guide plate are respectively bent and are bilaterally symmetrical, each of the left side flow guide plate and the right side flow guide plate comprises a first flow guide part and a second flow guide part which form an angle, and the width of the first flow guide part is gradually increased from the end part to the bent part; the upper cover plate, the lower cover plate, the left side flow guide plate and the right side flow guide plate define an opening which is gradually widened from the two ends to the middle and is gradually deepened; the middle flow guide plate is provided with a flow guide body, and the opening is divided into two horn-shaped air inlets which are symmetrical left and right. The stamping air inlet can realize bidirectional efficient air intake, can meet the air intake requirement of an air conditioning system for bidirectional operation of a maglev train, and simultaneously reduces the energy consumption of the train.
本发明公开了一种高速磁浮列车双向冲压进气口及磁浮列车,所述双向冲压进气口包括上盖板、下盖板、左侧导流板、右侧导流板及中间导流板;所述上盖板的两侧翼边向下弯曲,所述下盖板的两侧翼边向上弯曲;所述左侧导流板和右侧导流板分别呈折弯状且左右对称,两者均包括呈角度的第一导流部和第二导流部,所述第一导流部的宽度从端部向折弯处逐渐变宽;所述上盖板、下盖板、左侧导流板、右侧导流板围合形成从两端向中间逐渐变宽且深度逐渐加深的开口;所述中间导流板设有导流体,将所述开口分为两个左右对称的喇叭形进气口。该冲压进气口能够实现双向高效进气,可以满足磁浮列车双向运行的空调系统进气要求,同时降低列车能耗。
