The invention relates to a control system and method for improving limited energy feedback of an electric vehicle, and the system comprises a vehicle control unit which is used for obtaining the power feedback information of a vehicle in real time; according to the power feedback information, the feedback power of the vehicle is calculated, the quadrant where a motor in a motor assembly is located is judged, and a brake compensation request is sent to a chassis brake controller or the motor assembly; the chassis brake controller is used for responding to a brake compensation request sent by the vehicle control unit, executing hydraulic brake compensation and feeding corresponding first brake information back to the vehicle control unit; and the motor assembly is used for responding to a brake compensation request sent by the vehicle control unit, executing driving or feeding back torque and feeding back corresponding second brake information to the vehicle control unit. The consistent deceleration feeling in the sliding/braking deceleration process is guaranteed through hydraulic braking compensation, the driving comfort is improved, energy feedback is improved, overcharge alarm of a high-voltage battery is avoided, and the service life of the high-voltage battery is prolonged.

    本发明涉及一种电动汽车改善能量回馈受限的控制系统及方法,其系统包括:整车控制器,用于实时获取自身车辆的动力回馈信息;根据所述动力回馈信息,计算自身车辆的回馈动力和判断电机组件中的电机所处象限,以及向底盘制动控制器或电机组件发出制动补偿请求;底盘制动控制器,用于响应整车控制器发出的制动补偿请求,执行液压制动补偿,并将相应的第一制动信息反馈给整车控制器;电机组件,用于响应整车控制器发出的制动补偿请求,执行驱动或回馈扭矩,并将相应的第二制动信息反馈给整车控制器。本发明通过液压制动补偿来保证滑行/制动减速过程中一致的减速感,提升高驾乘舒适性,改善能量回馈,避免高压电池过充报警,延长高压电池使用寿命。
