The invention provides a braking energy feedback control method and system for a hybrid electric vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: setting a mileage D, and calculating the increment En of the internal energy of a chassis brake in the set mileage D; calculating accumulated energy E of internal energy of the chassis brake in N continuous set mileages D; a chassis brake performance heat fade risk interval corresponding to the current accumulated energy E is judged; obtaining the current battery residual electric quantity SOC and the available charging power of the battery; and according to the chassis brake performance heat fade risk interval, the battery remaining capacity SOC and the battery available charging power, the motor feedback torque is adjusted. According to the braking energy feedback control method and system for the hybrid electric vehicle, automatic adjustment of braking feedback control is achieved, braking thermal failure is reduced, braking safety is improved, and driving experience is optimized; the frequency of switching the feedback intensity in the driving process of the driver is reduced, the driving intensity is relieved, the driver focuses on driving, and the driving safety is improved.

    本公开提供了混合动力汽车制动能量回馈控制方法及系统,该方法包括:设定里程D,计算设定里程D内底盘制动器内能的增加量En;计算连续的N个设定里程D内的底盘制动器内能的累积能量E;判断当前累积能量E对应的底盘制动器性能热衰退风险区间;获取当前电池剩余电量SOC及电池可用充电功率;根据底盘制动器性能热衰退风险区间、电池剩余电量SOC及电池可用充电功率对电机回馈扭矩进行调节。本公开提供的混合动力汽车制动能量回馈控制方法及系统,实现制动回馈控制的自动调节,减少制动热失效,增加制动安全性,优化驾驶体验;减少驾驶员驾驶中切换回馈强度的频次,减轻驾驶强度,让驾驶员专注驾驶,提高驾驶安全性。
