The invention provides a real-time control strategy control method in a hybrid fleet dynamic pricing scene. The method comprises the following steps: establishing a model of a hybrid fleet real-time control strategy; establishing an optimization problem of the real-time control strategy of the hybrid motorcade; proposing a deep learning framework to solve a hybrid motorcade real-time control strategy; and improving a deep learning framework to solve a hybrid motorcade real-time control strategy. According to the invention, a complex motorcade operation scene and mutual influence of a human driving vehicle and an automatic driving vehicle can be described; specific operation of motorcade operation can be described; the real-time control strategy problem of the hybrid motorcade is expressed as an optimization problem, the direction is clear, and the target is clear; the solving difficulty of the optimization problem is analyzed and improved, and the strategy obtaining efficiency is improved; a deep reinforcement learning framework is adopted, order pricing and excitation to human driving vehicles are separated from vehicle moving directions, the reinforcement learning training pressure is relieved, and the operation performance of a hybrid motorcade is improved.
